Autopage bad news

I was called by Macrobet attorneys and told me that Autopage has submitted my name for blacklisting. I was shocked to hear those terrible news as I knew that I settled my account with Autopage last year October 2015. I was told that I owe R1450, 56 with Macrobet attorneys. I then I went to local office where I bought the phone to ask, they checked on the system to say that I do not owe that R1450.56 but only R350. I find it unfair even the R350 because I settled the account, how come I owe this money because after I settled the account Autopage deducted installment for three consecutive months? this cannot be explained by Autopage neither Macrobet attorneys. As I speak right now my name is blacklisted for no reason. Autopage has poor service and is *******. Please clear my name from blacklisting because I do not owe Autopage I already paid the settlement and Autopage deducted my money three months in fact they are the ones who owe me not the other way around.
