Autopage at it again!!!
Last year January, I cancelled my cellphone contract with Altech Autopage, as the service and billing was a complete ripp off. I have noticed that on my credit records, it reflects that I owe Altech Autopage R40 and that I am 9 months in arrears. WHICH IS COMPLETE NONSENSE!!! So I guess my nightmare never really went away. Now they want to drag my name through the mud!! I called the call centre to have this sorted out and I was kept on hold for 45 minutes. Can you believe that??? What ever happened to Service????
