Autopage and their policies sucks

my phone had been in for repairs for the same problem twice, and the third time today, the the person at autopage said it their policy to only assist the customer after the phone had been for repairs three time, and also their policy to replace it with a refurbished unit after the third time its been booked in, The phone is more in repair than with me, and i'm not very pleased with this company, after my support of them for over 6 years. I demand better customer service and courtesy.
