Autopage and Capitec

I have paid money to Altech Autopage by mistake in January 2021 instead of to my husband 's account - R1,600.- and still didn't get the money paid back to my Capitec account after more than a year now! Neither Autopage or Vodacom whom I understand took over from Autopage or Capitec will return my money after numerous visits to Capitec and emails to all 3 institutions!!! Still waiting in vain....!!!
