Autopage Acounts no idea what they do

Last year October auto-page charged me incorrectly on my account for somebody ells insurance access fee. Admitting the fault but not correcting it then in January this year the said they will credit it but instead of crediting me they again charged me the incorrect amount then in Feb they credit me for only one incorect charge. And everbody blame everbody els stating its not there fault yet i have to pay for there utter worthless service. If i dont pay my acount they suspend my line but if they mess up its ok to do the customer in and de ***** them of there hard earned income.
