Automated Response

So i posted on here about an issue i have had with Altech and data that was charged for at +-R1500.00 per Gig (contract amount was @ R55.00 per gig!!!!) i received a response saying that the matter was being looked into, a month later i receive a final demand and still no feedback other than a mail saying that the case is closed, no explanation, no one called me, no one looked into anything. PEOPLE beware!!!! we are being ****** by this company and all the cellular operators, i will be taking this matter to ICASA and i will also be seeking legal advice, in the meantime i will wait patiently for another \automated response from altech which will look something like this....<br> <br> <br> Ee would like to thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. <br> <br> Your request is being attended to and we will be in contact with you to provide feedback.<br> <br> We apologise for the inconvenience caused. <br> <br> Kind Regards <br> Altech Autopage Cellular"
