Auto page stuff opened a contract on my name , took an expensive device,then closed down!

<p>I made it clear to the Autopage management that I did not want to upgrade or to continue with the contract now that they were closing down. I was tired of being passed from one service provider to the next. From Nashua Mobile, to Autopage, and now you are saying we have to join another. IVE BEEN UPGRATED TO AN EXOBITANT AMOUNT THAT I WAS NOT EVEN PAYING WITH MY INITIAL CONTRACT. NO AFFORDABILITY ASSESSMENT DONE IN TERMS OF THE CURRENT CREDIT LAW.<br />Initially they had said that each number will be migrated to their respective service providers eg Vodacom,MTN and Cell C. I made it clear that if this would not be the case I am not upgrading and I AM NOT CONTINUING WITH THIS CONTRACT EITHER. IF I STILL WANT A CELL C NUMBER I WILL GO TO CELL C AND OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I want to deal with people I can see and reach easily when I have a querie or a problem. As it stands, It's been 6 months of trying to get hold of Autopage or Glocell to resolve this matter. Now my credit record will be muddied by your bogus administration. I asked them these questions and they cannot answer me.<br />1. WHO UPGRATED MY CONTRACT AND UNDER WHAT TERMS?<br />2. WHO TOOK THE DEVICE AND WHO SIGNED FOR IT?<br />3. YOU DID NOT EVEN HAVE IT IN YOUR RECORDS THAT I AM MARRIED AND MY SURNAME HAS CHANGED. SO WHICH ID WAS USED BECUASE YOU NEED THE ID COPY OR A DRIVERS LICENCE FOR A NEW CONTRACT?<br />They need to cancel this contract and give me my money back as you have been ********ly deducting it.<br />I REPEAT AGAIN, I DIDNOT UPGRATED ! And I DIDNOT TAKE A DEVICE. WHY WOULD I DO THAT WHEN THE SERVICE PROVIDER HAS ALREADY TOLD US THEY ARE CLOSING DOWN? Now they are untraceable , Glocell keep passing the bug to the dead Autopage. No one basically is taking responsibility of what happened, and no one is coming up with a solution either .<br />Your urgent attention to this matter will be appreciated.
