atlech automate don't care about customers

I took out contract on a Sony Xperia Z3 last year November. December I went to durban then took a pic under in the pool since I was told the phone is water proof but 30 minutes later my phone stopped working. Took it back to autopage then was told the phone was damaged. The owner of the store told me that he can't do anything about and dismissed me. Now I'm paying for phone I don't even have. Please help
