Asked to change expired contract to prepaid

Hi.<br> <br> I have sent in a request to convert my contract, which expired 2 months ago, to prepaid. I got an email back stating that it will be converted between 23rd and 28th March 2015. It still did not convert to prepaid and my monthly minutes, data and SMS's was allocated again this morning. I will not pay for this month and I want the phone to switch over to prepaid immediately. I did what I was supposed to do and I want to be able to use my phone as a prepaid phone now. I want it to be converted to prepaid immediately and I will not pay for this month.
