Ask for top up and get open end contract

I went into the branch to upgrade my account and decided to add an additional account for my daughter.<br> <br> I specified this to the person whom was attending to me that this was to be a top up account since it is for my daughter, still in school, and i do not want any unexpected surprises.<br> <br> Got my first statement and boom, the add on had charges amounting to over R800.00, <br> <br> I went into the branch where the shop manager assisted me in this matter and told me i had no choice but to pay this obscene bill, since i had use of the services, I rep**** that it was not acceptable and came to an agreement that i would pay a certain amount till this matter was resolved and he assured me my service would not be suspended due to the query ongoing,<br> this was done before end January , it is now the 17th of February and today I received a call from the call center asking me for payment, as I was explaining the situation he hung up, and one hour later my service was suspended,<br> I need Autopage to come to the party and hold who was responsible for the error liable for these charges.<br> Since no error, there would have been no extra charges, and my daughter would have asked me for cash for airtime, need space
