Arrogant and rude!!!

I pay R1000 a month as a contract customer. I cannot even get access to myaccount. I have phoned twice, the first time the rude person said he would reset my password. He did not. The second person - Thando was also rude. It was like she was doing me a favour. She couldnt help me. She said she would log a call with a reference number. I did not receive one.
