apple iphone repair 2 months , and not fixed

i sent in my iphone on the 05/11/2015. device was not picking up signal. this was a brand new device that insurance replaced. according to the brits branch the unit was firstly sent to wrong repair centre, then they said as per the system the unit was replaced on the 25/11/2016. after fighting again and again with the brits branch about my phone, they said today my phone is now BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR, COMPONENT FAILURE. the unit was sent to my insurance!!!! WHY IS THIS MY PROBLEM?? IF THE DEVISE IS UNDER WARRANTY? Veronice phoned insurance and they said they are not paying out as it looks like its a software problem><br> i want my phone replaced, its 2 months and getting bad service from the people, that clearly messed up my phone at the repairs centre. <br> my ref no they gave for the repair was R415768. this is absolutely pathetic service from Altech Autopage.
