Appalling service

After my complaint last time here, this company eventually contacted me and promised to sort out my issue with a no delivery of sim card, twice. They promised I would receive it in 3 days, it has now been 3 weeks later and still no sim card nor a call from the couriers?????? Plus they have the audacity to charge me 2x R45 for the deliveries????? Unfortunately I have still some time on my contacts with these &*^%&^%^$^&**( people but when it is time to get out I am first in line. This is absolutely sickening to say the least!!!!!
