Apathy at its Finest

This is now the fourth complaint with regards to Autopage and the exact same problem is still in existence. It seems that Autopage have taken to phoning me randomly after my last complaint on hellopeter with absolutely NO intention of rectifying the issues as I am constantly being told they will phone me back later in the day....but this never happens....After asking to speak to a manager on the last call out of sheer frustration with the call centre consultants, i was told that there was no one available....<br> It seems that a waiting game is being played out by Autopage with the hope that I will eventually give up....This will not happen until they have delivered on all their promises....when the refunds (not credit) that I have requested have been passed and they have been made accountable for their ineptitude and inadequacy in dealing with a situation that could have been corrected months ago.
