Angry and annoyed

To whom this may concern,<br> <br> My phone went in for repairs not so long ago, the phone took 6-8 weeks.While sitting at my desk today the phone went off and all that pops up is Samsung S4 and it goes no futher. I contacted Altech Autopage and they have advised me the phone will need to go in for repairs again. I pay insurance on the phone for 6 years and everytime there is a problem with the phone and everytime it gets repaired. I asked the lady how long will they take to collect my phone 3-4 working days. Then another 6-8 weeks for the repairs. This is honestly un exepetable as my phone spends most of the time being repaired.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Claudia
