Altech Service is Useless & Tedious

Unfortunately due to the closure of Nashua Mobile, whom I never had any problems with, my accounted was handed over to Altech by default because I was with Cell. In the first month I paid via EFT and requested a debit order, 2 months later my account was over due and had to do another EFT, i again requested a debit order, this yet again did not go through and I said I'm fed up and as my contract expires the next month I would like to give notice and move to pay as you go. My phone was completely cut off and I was told I needed to pay for the 15 days in May, which I was not supposed to pay for as it was for me to use my accumulated minutes & data. I have been sitting without a phone for a week and no one can help me and all they do is transfer you to another department and shift the responsibility. My number was cancelled with Cell and they are now in the process of retrieving it. This is by far the worst service provider I have ever been with, I even had a customer service agent put the phone down on me! I would strongly recommend that no one uses Altech for services as the are in capable of performing even the most menial task.
