altech not responding

For 5 years now I have been fighting to get a debt removed by Altech autopage. late last year I approached Hellopeter and got a response. The sales rep alerted me that I was still owing the money to altech and I had no leg to stand on to fight the debt. even tough I have numerous paperwork and contracts. <br> I offered R3000 .00 on the debt. they refused.<br> Then in December they sent a message saying they were offering me a settlement amount , I contacted the number on the message and kept getting dropped calls. I then mailed altech and the sales rep I had spoken to with no response, I have been mailing this entire year with no joy AGAIN<br> IT IS SHOCKING!
