Altech have not updated website or letterheads

We were informed that anyone with Altech Autopage who has an MTN number, would have their insurance moved to MTN. We were not informed that our whole contract would be moved and that we would not be able to change providers through Altech. Having received their latest account I tried to contact them, with the e-mail address on the account - which is no longer valid.
