Altech has taken 3 months to pay a refund due

bottom line after cancelling my contract they still charged me for a month which I was not a client anymore, where they got the R680 form im not sure. it has taken me 3 months now to try and get them to acknowledge that they *****ed up and pay the amount back. Im still waiting....that call centre is so inefficient there is no customer service that's after waiting on the phone to speak to a \consultant"for a min of 15 min.
