Altech cannot source iPhone6 devices

Went into the Altech branch to enquire about my phone upgrade. I was told that they had no Iphone 6 16gb/64gb devices due to a apple problem. I pre-ordered an iPhone6 when i was in the store in Dec - was given the same story about no stock. The mtn and vodacom stores all have iPhone6's in stock so its not an Apple issue. I am now going to wait for my contract too fully expire in 1 month time and switch over to another provider. The consultant (aka drama queen) in the store was more concerned about his personal problems than my issue. In addition, when i went back into the store, their systems were down. One bad thing after another. I phoned their customer call-centre - no-one awnsers
