Altech Autopage worst and closing down?

# vodacom Altech Autopage is closing or closed? My cellphone has been in for a cracked screen since December......Wow and it came back after a long battle, broken? No sound from the ear piece, poor testing or lack of quality checking. After 400 attempts to get hold of a manager, director or Ceo all attempts end in you are not good enough to talk to any of them? Wait 2 to 24 hours and we will contact you.... It is Feb now and the manager (Ash Lee of Aslee?)that contacted me 3 weeks ago from Altech Autopage by email promising me the best and speediest service will not take my calls again and the directors and all other staff according to switchboard is too important to talk to customers?? Great business? Great service since I have been with them since 1999. But I am not good enough to talk to an Altech Autopage manager or director when I have a problem with poor workmanship, service or any queries this is hoping that they will contact me so that I can get my I-phone 6 back before I believe they close their doors? Are you closing Altech Autopage? And what happens to loyal customers? Will I get my phone back? Will some one from Altech Autopage have the guts to phone me back?
