Altech Autopage Not resolving 13th Month Problem

This is the 13th issue in a row.<br> Altech Autopage, in spite their promises, are inept in solving this issue.<br> <br> Every month, on the last day, they cut my phone off for 24hrs, there after I must phone in and beg for them to open my line which can take another 24hrs, if that does not work the cycle repeats.<br> <br> YESTERDAY. This happened while I was cycling in the middle of the day, it was piping hot and I was exhaused.<br> I was unable to contact anyone if something went wrong.<br> <br> This is dangerous. Yet Altec Autopage give me empty promises while I bide my time to Cancel my contract and rid myself of their *****ic and disrepectful behavior.
