ALTECH AUTOPAGE not coming to the party

On Sunday 21 Feb, we went to Eastgate to the Altech Autopage branch to do a Sim Swap because my husbands phone was ******.<br> They had closed down, when we called the call centre they were very unhelpful, but eventually told us they would have a new sim card couriered to us in 7 days!<br> WHO Can be without a phone for 7 days!<br> We asked to speak to a manager- NONE on duty!<br> I have now tried calling the call centre 3 times and I get cut off every time, halfway through the conversation!<br> I WANT ANSWERS ASAP
