Altech Autopage no phone

On 23 November 2015 I took a new contract out at Altech Autopage with Sony Xperia M5. I was on holiday in Mossel Bay when the phone started giving problems. This link only, and do not want to sit. I took it to George branch on which they refused to help me with the excuse that I should take it to the branch where I took out the contract, Mall @ Reds in Centurion. I also contacted the customer service, *** who had the same request. I could only return the phone on December 28, 2015 after I returned holidays. Because I phone for 7 Days could not return there refused to give a new one. I got back the phone January 19, 2016 after it was repaired. Within half an hour it still had the same problem. I requested that by talking a manager again refused. They refuse a new phone to give, with the result that and another month without a phone will be. The reference was Job: 418109. The new is ***.
