Altech Autopage lack of service

(sent to [Email Removed] as well) To whom this may concern, I have now called several times for a simple matter that i'm just not getting anywhere with, I have paid out my current contract and only requested that I have proof of the contract termination/cancellation emailed to me but have just been passed onto different departments, is there anyone that can send the simple email as requested, how hard can this be......I do not wish to explain my situation again, can someone contact me ASAP to resolve this, I have been on hold now for over an hour on 2 separate calls with no answer<br> <br>
