Altech Autopage is f*kcing uselss!!!

I have had endless problems with Altech since my Nashua Mobile contract was transferred to them but decided that my contract was almost up & I would push through. My contract officially ended on 2 Dec. I needed to port my number with me to my new contract (not with Altech). I asked them to port my number on 2 Dec. They had excuse after excuse. I went in personally to the Ballito branch after unsuccessful attempts to sort this issue through the callcentre. The people there are less than useless: I have phoned the callcentre daily since 2 Dec to find out what the status is of my port when I phone, they have some excuse for why a port is not possible. I was told I have a corporate rather than personal line & it is impossible to port a corporate contract. That is a downright lie! I know what kind of line I have and it definitely isn't a corporate one! I was also told I must get hold of Nashua Mobile directly. I mean COME ON! Nashua Mobile doesn't exist! When I mention this point to the consultant each time I 'co-incidentally' get cut off from the call or get transferred to another person. Rather suspicious & I'm SICK OF IT!! Let's see what Altech does after this post...if anything.
