Altech autopage ***** case for data usage

My phone was account was over charged for data usage that was not mine. Altech cut my service despite the fact that I had a limit on the account. While trying to prove it was ***** and getting a URL report they removed the excess charges from my account without informing me. My service still down as I have not paid while they suspended my service due to ***** that they investigated and admitted to by taking the money off my account. The debt collection managers spoke to me and then dropped the call. After that 3 more attempt and was being transferred back in queue every time.number dialled ***. This was according to them in August already.
