Altech Autopage: do not use them ever.

So my wifes phone is ****** on Thursday 4 of Feb. On Friday she gets a new cim card from the store at town square. They say it will take 2 - 24 hours to activate. This was on Friday. Its Saturday night now and the cim for the phone is still not active. The call center agents were most unhelpful, and just repeated their scripted answer. It will take 2 -24 hours to activate. All I can say, is if you are a customer of , dont expect any service from them if your phone is ******, and your cim card needs replacing. The call center agents name was Mulalo. Such bad service.<br>
