Altech Autopage Cell Shops can't make phone calls

I gave my cell handset in at Richards Bay Altech Autopage for repairs as my insurance forms part of my monthly billing and contract. I was then told that the whole process of getting my handset repaired can take up to 6 weeks but it normally take's about 3 weeks . After 3 weeks I phoned the Richards Bay Branch to inquire if my phone was repaired and the lady asked if she could phone me back, and that's where it all went wrong. She never did phone me back. only after mails and complaints log on there web site did I get a mail from some lady at the branch asking for a copy of my id and from there the serves even got worse. Its been more than 7 weeks now and after many trips to the branch, phoning the *** call centre and branch I still don't know if I'm getting my phone back. They keep on telling me its in process of being fixed but no one can tell me where the phone is nor when I can get it back in a working order. Just bad serves.
