Altech Autopage - Bad Service

I kept getting calls to upgrade, eventually I agreed to a Nokia Lumia. Mrs A.C.H Baxter, ID NO.*** CELL NO ***. Order No. *** When I received the phone the keyboard did not respond as I have long nails. 2 days later I returned the phone to Altech East Rand Mall. and selected an LG. I was told they don't have stock The person who attended to me sent the phone in for repairs instead of returning it to the H. O. I made numerous calls to them and was told on 3 occasions they will look into it and call me. They never do. I have sent numerous e-mails to the Call Centre with no response. I went to see the manager Rudolf and he told her it was mistakenly sent in for repairs and then he returned it. This morning I phoned Rudolf (Manager) and he told me the phone is declined by Head Office .because it had been repaired, I told him that it was not my problem and he agreed. I was told to contact Hello Peter. I have found this ordeal extremely frustrating. I now have no phone and will be billed for a Nokia which I don't have. Altech East Rand Mall. phone No. is ***/14.
