Altech Autopage and its incompetency

After wrecking my phone screen , I went to Altech Autopage in at Southgate Mall to get it fixed and the guy whose name I negligently didn't ask for booked it in and said it would be back in 4-6 weeks. In the 4th week, I went to check if they had brought it back by any chance and the same consultant said no. I then came back in the fifth week after I was sent an sms notifying me that my phone had been dispatched and that I could go fetch it in four working days. I went on a Tuesday and on arrival no one in the shop had known about my phone being dispatched. The older consultant rudely told the consultant that had booked my phone in, to shut his mouth. He then made me sign insurance papers again and promised that my phone would be back later that week on Friday or on Monday. I called in today and I recognized the voice of the older consultant and asked about the progress of the repair and delivery and he said he'd check it in the store room and notify me. This was almost two hours ago and he hasn't called. Bear in mind that I should have my phone already. I have tried numerous platforms to get my phone back.
