ALTECH AUTOPAGE
No service - no assistance - no help - rudeness - should learn how to deal customers on a professional manner from Telkom if there was a Orchid award it would go to Telkom the ONION award goes to ALTECH AUTOPAGE ...we now have five reference numbers for the same query ....I have tried to escalate but the agents refuse to forward or give me any Manager or Supervisor details. Two months of frustration ...at my expense ......I have even been told to be quite and listen by their agents ....
