I have app**** for debit order on my cell phone contract, this is the second month it isn't going off, my cell phone gets blocked and I have to take time off of work to go and sort it out. My contract consists of R600.00 and when this happens I have to pay dubble on my contract and my banking fee's! The first time the debit order didn' t go off they gave me over to NuDebit, and the spoke person who phoned me yelled at me because I'm refusing to pay my cell phone contract and NuDebit's fee? It didn't even helped me to go in last month to go and stort this out, just to find yhe same problem this month. I really didn't appreciate NuDebit calling me between working hours and sending me between 4-5 sms'es per week. I can't deal with this type of service, if you can call it service!
