Altech allows ********** renewal contracts

Altech Autopage Clearwater Mall allowed someone to renew a cell phone contract of mine without notifying OR contacting me. They were handed handwritten documents (not even a copy of my ID), apparently signed by me - you can clearly see the signature is not mine, and allowed this person to renew the contract for 2 years AND gave them a new phone. I brought this to Altech's attention and was told not to worry they will sort it out at head office in Midrand as it was clearly *****(I have this email from Altech Clearwater) and they would correct it. It has been over 3 weeks and still NOTHING the line hasn't been cut and the contract is still in my name.... so I'm presuming Altech either enjoys aiding ********** in getting what they want or doesn't particularly take ***** seriously. I'm wondering if any of my accounts are actually safe at Altech?!?!?!?!?! What type of system do you have in place? may I suggest one that actually protects your customers?!?!
