Altec Autopage - money first, customers last!!

I am a Altec Autopage client against my will!! Was a Nashua Mobile client for years and had over 7 active accounts with them! From the closing down of Nashua Mobile, I have still yet not received any statements showing what is with Autopage which I have queried for months! After visiting the branch in Midrand they told me that they don't have the iphone 6 on contract! Eventually Merchan Govender manage to renew one of my contracts ( which I regret) with the iphone 6! This has been now 3 months after the renewal and I have contacted the call centre, spoke to managers, left about 10 msg for Merchan Govender at reception, send him emails, left messages for his manager, but non one seems to find my complaint important!! Merchan have put me on a top up contract costing R169pm but the contract selected was about R600pm! There is no contact costing R169 where you can get a iphone 6 on!! This is a business phone, but can hardly use it!! Cant sms, phone, use any data but cant get anyone to fix there own mistake!! I will probably only get a response if I stop paying them!!
