All Calls are Recorded

On the 8th September 2015 at 16:09 I called the Autopage Customer Care Line in order to obtain and explanation in regards to my Current Phone Bill which had not yet been billed. I was being assisted by an agent who's name I never caught at the beginning of the conversation. As I kept trying to explain this young man what I wanted him to explain to me the less he understood! I eventually told him if he was not going to listen to me I would put the phone down and call back and speak to somebody that would listen to me. he in turn just put the phone down. I then called back and I spoke to Tolo who told me he could not tell me who accessed my account and that I was not allowed to get the call recordings as it was not done by them and his system could not give me any information and he could not put me through to a manager and there was just no way I was going to receive these calls. I then called back a third time and spoke to Tebogo who was extremely efficient and assisted me with my query she even logged the call for call recordings. She then advised that I would receive an sms with the reference number which I have still not received. What type of company are you Running!!!
