Airtime Con

Once again MTN and Altech Autopage has conned me out of airtime. I received R440 airtime on 06.07.2015 at 09:00, without using the handset and with the mobile data off airtime was reduced to R 19 by 06:30 on the morning of the 07.07.2015. I deliberately turned off the mobile data and never used the handset because the exact same thing had happened the previous month. The consultants at Altech Autopage cannot assist in telling what the airtime was used for and that there will be no airtime refund, at least she said that she was sorry, I felt so much better. Lucky for me this contract is expiring in 2 months time, I feel sorry for the consumers that are still going to be associated with these companies. Counting the days!!!
