Ad Hoc Data request

I have been trying to get Ad Hoc data added to my present contract first through the web site self-service which is misleading and I pay to have the privilege of using at a ridiculous price which other service providers give for free then at the branch 24 hours ago the data still has not arrived when I renew my contract it will be directly with Vodacom as I really don't know what I am paying for with Altech Autopage, I have been with them since they started in one office in Craighal Park about 20 years ago and it is now time to change as I can see they don't value there old customer only the new ones that they give the special deals too
