Accout settlement

I have 2 cellph.contracts on my one account and ask on 14/04/15 at Carnival Autopage for my settlement amount on *** account, they said its R4000 on sat.17/04/15 i went 2 pay it and now they said its R5 943.00 bcoz of the new month i wasnt happy but pay it, again at the end of that month receive a full month acc.for both on the account again i ask what now and they said they didnt close the acount as requested so i must pay the full amount again which i did again R1 323.45 very unhappy bcoz its not my mistake now again this month on 23/06/15 another full acc.with both again, in other words i keep on pay the full amount for both while i settle downpay CLOSE the 1 acc.and after i went 2 midrand last month and they promise me it will be close and now another acc. THIS IS NOT MY FAULT AND IM NOT GOING 2 PAY AGAIN ITS ******* AND NOT FAIR
