I been a customer for over 2 years, and never once exceeded my bundle. In Dec 2014 on 29 Dec there was a intern usage that came up to R3000.00. No one could supply me with info as to why this was so high. Also they sold me a limit services that would suspend my account once I reach R400, that clearly not working otherwise would have not received a bill for R3500
