I joined altech in November on a smart s contract and it would be 299 per month.<br> later on in the month of November I received a sms from altech says that for the next consecutive 6 month a amount of R967 will be deducted.<br> i then contacted the consultant that assisted me and he told me not to worry as this will not be the amount.<br> so my first successful debit order was taken en of November of a amount of over 500 which was fine.<br> today i get a sms my account is over R1000 and my phone had been barred.<br> now what i cannot understand that no consultant assisted by explaining the out of data bundle rates when i phoned on the 10/11/2015 also i have not received a statement till today and not one person can explain the R1000 extra spendage.
