Account Suspended after numerous request for a Deb

Once again, my account has been suspended. I have numerous emails requesting a debit order, this was confirmed by Najma from the MD's desk that she will ensure that this happens. Last month no debit order went off from the account, I e-mailed her and another bunch of people requesting for proof that this was requested, I am still waiting for a reply. This month the account gets suspended yet again. They are quick to suspend accounts and request money, but when it comes to them actually supplying a decent service, they cannot deliver. I find this appalling.
