Account Suspended

In last month I phoned Alt Autop to ask if I can upgrade to 5GB the guy told me that the contract will only expire in Dec 2015. I said to him that is fine but when my 2GB is finished in the same month can I buy over the counter more he said no I must phone the Alt Autop office and they will load more as soon as I paid for more. I again ask him that this contract is just for 2GB I will not go over without them notifying me and he said yes. In the next week about my data did not want to connect, I phoned Alt Autop. The consultant confirmed that I was suspended because of a over use and that the amount I owed them is +-R5600. I asked why and was informed that I used more than 2GB the person was really adamant that I have to pay that their was no Cap on it. None of their data bundles has Cap's on, I said that I did phone a week about before and that the guy assured me that it will only be for 2GB. The lady was then said to me that this contract was in my husband's name that she has to speak to him she does not want to speak to me anymore. I contacted the guy (Bantu) at MCD that I took this contract out from he said that I do not owned them but he will come back to me. Still waiting.
