Account still not what I agreed to and now handed

Following the complaint I logged about a year ago a consultant from Auto page called me I was credited the over charges that were debited into my account into the bill they had which I refused to pay. I demanded out of the contract as it was a telephone sales of a R99 capped 2gig data but they refused n wanted to offer me a top up 149 acc which I declined n never signed. To date am still receiving bills over R99 I paid the account I received earlier in the year but realized auto page wanted me to calm down n stop with the hello peter complaint coz my issue was never resolved. Their sim card stopped working and next i had a bill of just over R300 in april which i did not pay for obvious reasons. Now I got a call from lawyers saying am owing R2300+ and I dont know what its for. My issue is why am I being forced in a contract I didn't agree to because it seems like they **** to me about their offer just to make it enticing and now when the truth comes out they wont release me for it? Why should I pay for something I dont have and am not using they bridged the agreement and contracy therefore it should be terminated I only pay for what I used. Autopage is a bad company tricking ppl.
