Account Settlement

My account was in arrears for a couple of Months, in June 2015 I contacted Altech to make an arrangement whci I honoured. I have paid off all the month that was due in the account. I ahve confirmed with Altech my account is fully paid. <br> <br> Last week I was transferred to the legal department and I was told that someone that deals with this type pf querries was not around and she will be given a message to call me back.<br> <br> I received a call from Lerato who works for Nudebt, apparently telling me that was handed over to them and it is in arrears I need to pay. I have emailed proof of payment to [Email Removed] but I still get calls telling that I must pay. I have asked her to be in contact with Altech and get back to me.<br> <br> This is now becoming irritating, when I call both companies I don't seem to know who exactly who is supposed to deal with issue. No call back from Altech no feedback from Nudebt.
