Account settled and receiving sms of new balance

My name is Nhlanhla Greatwell Seritsane I had an contract will auto page in 2011 which I was paying R 95.17, I was a victim of ***** as auto page claimed I opened another account with them on the *** which i didn't know. I contacted call center which they demanded my ID copy, three signature, affidavit and that proof I got from South African ***** Prevention Service I emailed all those documents and they confirmed that they received everything it was 2012. I received an email from autopage VVM attorneys for a settlement amount of +- R10 000 and made payment arrangement was paying the account electronically, I was receiving statements indicating my balance via email so last year August 2014 the account was settled but i didn't receive any settlement letter nor statements or call/sms. On the 12/06/2015 in the I receive an sms claiming I owe autopage R180000 on the same account was puzzled as I know that account was settled and i had never received any notification that i still owe the account, am frustrated and tired of this account because I know I have paid every cent they claimed I owe. On 16/06/2015 I called them they sent me from pillar to post regarding this matter. <br> <br>
