Account incorrectly given for debt collection

I have a cell phone account with Altech Autopage cellular which is every month paid in full by debit order. On 29 May 2015 the usual debit order went off my bank account. On the same day another amount was debited from my bank account by Nudebt debt collecting company. On enquiry this debt collector informed me that the debit order was on instruction from Altech Autopage. I phoned Autopage and was informed that i must get the money back from the debt collectors. Again I phoned Nudebt who told me that refunds can only be done by the instructing company. Eventually it cost me time and money (R40 in bank fees) to have the payment reversed. No apology or comment from Autopage, even after an email to them.
