Account handed over but I have debit order
I have always had a debit order for all my lines, but surprisingly not so long ago I was listed as a bad payer. This is very annoying because I have a debit order that is running as we speak so how did this happen really. On top of that, the money that I am listed for, I paid as an EFT on 09 March 2015, and it was apparently \incorrectly allocated."I went the mile from my side to pay that money without anybody saying I must pay it"
