Account for Internet ****le

We had this ****le for more than 4 years and never paid more than R194.00. when we made an enquiry to the account we were told we used about 7 Gb of data . We could not even use the internet at that time because we could not connect to the internet. As you can see according to the reference numbers we are now desperate to solve this issue.This is affecting our banking account as we need to return the debit orders . We do not get any feedback to resolve the problem. We do not mind paying but not for services we did not use.
