Account closed - STILL BILLING

Cel no *** I had a data account with Altech. Contract was up in December 2014. I gave notice in October to cancel. December and January Altech continued to debit my account for a (closed contract). I have called customer service 4 times since then (with 4 reference numbers) and still have not been refunded !!!!<br> you can sit on hold to just get though for 15 - 20 minutes at a time. Just today I was cut off twice while holding !!<br> This is my third and absolute last account I will ever do with Altech. The previous 2 also had endless issues with accounts. There accounts department is completely useless and are protected by the call system. ( you cannot transfer to accounts anymore) Wonder why ?!?!?<br> overwelmed with irate customers. Fed Up with non existent service
